  Firstly they lost our booking for 4 people. No record of it even though i had phoned the booking in 3 days ago. They seated us inside. My friend's beer was warm. The main problem was how long it took for the mains to come out. We watched other people get served who had come in after us. We ordered at about 7:20 and finally got our mains at 8:30. The wait staff don't look experienced or confident. When we complained about the wait time she started to argue about how long it had been and it was because we ordered entrees!, she was a bit rude. The food was good but not amazing. Won't be going back.

  Firstly, the service was atrocious. There was one girl to serve, who was left alone to take orders and cash out the whole restaurant. Seems like the only help she got was to clear a couple tables... How is that even legal?!

  My brother and I turned up after closing time, but the waitress and owner were very accommodating and friendly. They allowed us to sit and enjoy our dinner.

  1 star only because 0 wasn't available. Waited over 1 hour for our mains (two noodle dishes) which was poor. The food is very good if it's delivered on time

  Secondly, the food was mostly good (the only reason I gave 3 stars). The entrees were very nice and the calamari was cooked perfectly. The special of the day which was chili and basil duck was tasty as well with just the right amount of spice.

  If we ever have to go back due to lack if other options I'll be sure to order something simple so that hopefully it won't take 1.5hrs and get screwed up again.

  However the Pad Thai, the staple dish of any Thai restaurant was quite poor. The noodles weren't cooked, there was an overload of peanut instead of a compliment of and I specifically asked for no tofu which the waitress wrote down but the cook clearly forgot, so there were about 10 pieces of tofu and about 4-5 of actual veg.
